With children’s obesity rates rising and Type 2 Diabetes also rising, it is crucial to teach children how important it is to be fit and healthy, to make educated choices when it comes to food choices and being regularly active. Children are surrounded and targeted by unhealthy foods every day at the supermarket and television advertising. In a world advancing in technology, there has been an increase of sedentary behaviour and not as many children are being as physically active as they once were.
We are dedicated to helping children with life issues such as self-esteem, confidence building, teaching physical/sports skills and teaching them about nutrition. This aims to help children’s concentration levels in the classroom, physically out on the field and in social situations.
