They Wave haha

I have many years working with children. I once had a Photography Studio and was a multi award winning children’s portrait photographer. I then decided upon a career change as I wanted to make a difference in children’s lives. I then studied Personal Training before working for the Education Department in Water Safety and Swimming Program for Children with additional needs and OSHC.

My passion for working with children inspired me to create an all-inclusive fitness and wellbeing program where we can assist all children in achieving their goals in a safe, fun and non-competitive environment. Improving cardiovascular fitness, core strength, muscle tone, fine and gross motor skills, and self-esteem. This is when I started AUS FIT Strong Body Strong Mind! “

GETTING TO KNOW KYLIE:
What is your favourite “sometimes” food?
My favourite “Sometimes” Food is Chocolate.

What is your favourite “healthy” food?
My favourite “Healthy” Food are Fruits and Salads in Summer and Vegetables in Winter.

What are your favourite Exercises?
My current goal is to become stronger, so my favourite exercises are a combination of upper and lower body exercises. I love Ball Slams, Box Jumps and Squats.

What is your least favourite exercise?
My least favourite exercise is Cardio as I often get out of breath, but this is something I would like to work more on to improve my fitness.

What do you like to do in your free time?
During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have 3 beautiful teenage children and wonderful parents, sister, and extended family. I love going on family holidays, going to the beach, and walking in the hills.

I’m not that great at jokes but a child said this to me at preschool and got me good!

“Angel, what’s under there?”
“Under where? (And I was actually looking around.)
“Hahaha you just said “underwear”.

I have years of experience working with children from the early years in childcare and preschools as well as school aged children in OSHC and sporting settings.

I have always had a passion for teaching and guiding children to live active and healthy lifestyles. This is why I gt my Diploma in Early Childhood services and extended my study to become a Qualified a personal trainer; it is the perfect mix !

AUS FIT Strong Body Strong Mind has allowed me the opportunity to use my experience in education, personal training and my love for Children all in one and I’m so excited to be a part of this amazing business!

Chocolate blocks and blocks of it

What is favourite “healthy” food?
Anything meat with green beans and broccoli. Salmon, Barramundi, Pork loin steak.

What is your favourite exercise?
Lower body exercises, body weight & weighted. Squats, Glute bridges, Walking lunges

What is your least favourite exercise?
Core focus exercises & Rowing machine. Love / Hate relationship

What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love going for nature walks and getting into a good TV series.
